Job DescriptionAre you looking for a highly complex challenge and an opportunity to help accelerate Intel's growth and data transformation?Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Data Solutions and Portfolio Management, the Enterprise Data Solutions Program Manager is responsible for driving the execution of enterprise data management work to enable Intel's IDM 2.0 transformation and Intel's enterprise requirements planning (ERP) and Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) programs. In addition to program management skills, the Program Manager will need to lead and foster a creative and integrated approach to bring data teams together in addition to having excellent communication skills to align business and IT data teams to deliver the outcomes and value targeted. Embracing Intel's core values and having a positive can-do growth mindset are also essential attributes.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with a track record of successful project deliveries.

Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.

Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.

Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.

Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.

Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.

Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.

A successful candidate must be:

Bring technical IT depth and experience in navigating large scale business process and IT transformations

Skilled in process and project management, team facilitation, problem solving, accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes.

Collaborative, cooperative, and motivational.

Strategic thinker with the willingness to develop enterprise level long term plans, thinking outside the box and challenging existing norms when necessary.

Proactive and creative problem-solver; anticipates complex issues and problems and takes pre-emptive steps to prevent them.

Persistent and creative in achieving aggressive timelines

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum QualificationsThe candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 4+ years of experience in:

Program, stakeholder and data management

Data architecture, data bridge strategies, software life cycles, development methods, future IT technologies and BU application landscape.

Technical knowledge at high levels

Preferred Qualifications

Skill in PMI and PPM would be an added advantage

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
