Job Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Fiduciary Tax ServicesWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Support professional t in Providence, RI. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate tax filings, and excellent service for clients managing fiduciary responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for fiduciary tax filings, including trust and estate tax returns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Perform data entry and analysis to support compliance with tax regulations.

Assist in monitoring tax deadlines and preparing reports and filings.

Respond to client inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and assistance.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in tax services, financial operations, or a similar role is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with tax software is a plus.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with fiduciary or trust tax practices is advantageous
