This is a great opportunity to work with smart people who are solving complex business and technical issues to meet these requirements, both new, and existing.The Oracle SaaS Compliance team is responsible for securing privacy and compliance for the enterprise-grade software services on behalf of Oracle’s 25,000 customers. Responsible for managing the portfolio of enterprise grade certifications processing over 60 billion transactions per day. Develop and execute multi-year strategies designed to maintain and expand the certification posture of Oracle’s SaaS services. Partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to ensure our SaaS products continue to comply with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCIDSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, IRAP, GDPR and similar.We are looking for a motivated Program Manager, to SaaS Compliance Strategy and Operations to support our team’s portfolio of high visibility audits. This candidate should be a self-starter that embraces ambiguity, with the ability to influence across organizations, and the willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is someone with prior history of successfully owning and managing large, complex programs and engaging with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders up to senior levels. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Leading SaaS Compliance audits from start to finish

Creates audit project timelines/schedules and communicates updates regularly to all stakeholders

Monitor project dependencies (internal and external) to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery

Organize cross-team activities that balance both the business and technical needs of the project

Provide leadership to SMEs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and technical solutions

Provides project updates to senior leadership and highlighting critical issues and risks

Escalates critical issues and risks to leadership as needed

Ensures all audit tasks are appropriately assigned through Jira tickets or other Compliance tooling

Manage audit schedules(s) to keep teams focused on audit completion

Identify resource constraints and work with leadership to resolve

Identify and manage risks, issues and decisions made within audit project

Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure priority is assigned to projects

Embrace the DevSecOps model

Other responsibilities as required

Mandatory Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related major

6+ years managing large scale technical programs spanning multiple teams and organizations

3+ years managing large cross organization projects

2+ years negotiating contracts, schedules, and requirements with external teams

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Excellent judgment in influence for project roadmap direction, features, and priorities

Excellent judgment and customer focus

Experience with executive level and team communication

Experience managing software and/or hardware development

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with compliance and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP) in a US Government environment a plus

US Government issued clearance a plus

Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban – Certified Scrum Master a plus

Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus

Experience with DevOps a plus

PMP a plus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
