We Will Provide:
-Hands-on involvement with the leadership team and front/back-of-house operations as it pertains to line cook.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
-Daily organizational tasks, prepping for service
-Trash removal
-Organization of dry storage and dining room
-Sweeping and mopping the kitchen
-Basic kitchenware washing duties
-Basic prep

Compensation
Position Type: Part Time (Under 30 Hrs./Week) Within Tues-Sun. Availability, 8am-5pm
Shift Outlook:
Mondays guaranteed off. No students please, we need availability for such candidate to work throughout the week on a part time, consistent and reliable basis. We are looking for a year commitment plus from any candidate. This is an entry-level position but we are looking for some basic fundamentals and most importantly, a good attitude and someone who wants to learn and grow within the venture!
Performance Schedule: 90-day informal check-in, 6-month discussion opportunity, 9-12 month formal review

Compensation is determined by experience and performance. Additional compensatory packages and options are at the discretion of the Proprietor and are determined every year.
