We are currently hiring experienced and professional servers to join our dynamic team in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate is TIPS and ServSafe certified, has a background in hospitality, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
TIPS and ServSafe certifications (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Toast POS systems (a plus)
Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
Team-oriented, driven, and dependable
Professional appearance and demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + tips
Schedule: Flexible availability, including nights and weekends preferred but willing to work around set schedules.
