Key Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
-Polish glassware and silverware as it is cleaned efficiently in the dish area
-Deliver glassware and silverware accordingly to the front of house dining area
-Empty bus buckets throughout shift and ensure they remain clean and sanitized
-Clear and sanitize tables quickly and efficiently.
-Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked throughout the shift.
-Maintain Ellie’s appearance—sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing as needed.
-Follow health and safety guidelines
-Be punctual with regular and consistent attendance
-Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Compensation
Position Type: Part Time (Under 30 Hrs./Week)
Shift Outlook: Fridays-Sundays
Pay: Hourly Non-Exempt, $10/Hr. + Gratuity
Performance Schedule: 90-day informal check-in, 9-12 month formal review
