Key Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

Daily organizational tasks, prepping for dinner service, and plating throughout the shift. A minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience is required, with an interest in fine dining.

Position Type: Full Time (Over 30 Hrs./Week)

Shift Outlook: Wednesday-Sunday mid-day to night availability is a must! Mondays and Tuesdays off. If in culinary school, MUST be available to work during school breaks or have flexibility, and be available to work during summer. We are looking for a year commitment plus from any candidate. Ideally this role would begin in April '24

Performance Schedule: 90-day informal check-in, 6-month discussion opportunity, 9-12 month formal review

$16-$17/hr. based on experience

Compensation is determined by experience and performance. Additional compensatory packages and options are at the discretion of the Proprietor and are determined every year.
