We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook who’s ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow within a dynamic, professional environment.
The Role:
You’ll work the line during busy services, prep with care, and execute dishes that represent the best of seasonal Italian cooking. We run a steady schedule through all seasons with frequent events, private dinners, and special menus—no slow nights here. There’s real opportunity to move up, including a clear path toward a Sous Chef position for the right candidate.
