ABOUT THE POSITION, in the line cook role you be responsible for executing the cooking and plating of various menu items. responsibilities include;
Work with and support the head chef to fulfil orders and daily prep in a timely manner.

manage and handle a busy ticket line
Adhere to common food safety standards
Adhere to recipe standards
Maintain a positive approach to work, coworkers, and customers
