Servers :

Open positions ( 7 )

Looking for servers who are passionate in serving and are engaging with customers , nice smiles and attitudes.

A minimum of Three proven years of experience with references is required, basic wine knowledge ( will train ) and

regular expected knowledge of spirits , Liquors and beer.

Must be neat in appearance and manners , must know to identify and match customers energies, must meet customer expectations and always be willing to do what it takes to get a 5 star rating.

Bartenders :

Positions available ( 2 )

Bartender Must have a Minimum of FIVE ( 5 ) years of proven experience with references, must be a people person and be always looking to meet each customer needs and wants , Customer is always right attitude , responsible to not over serve for an extra dollar gain. We care for our customers and employees the same !

Bartenders Must have a Team players attitude , Must be fast , accurate in pouring and skilled in mixing and garnishing.

Must Know about wines and pairing ( we can train ).

5.50 P/h Plus tips.

Cooks :

Open Positions ( 2 )

Looking for energetic and willing people who wants to learn every day from others in the kitchen , Experience Required in fine dining, bar menu , raw bar , Must be able to prove previous experience along with references ( 3 Years Minimum )

Pastry , chill and hot appetizers and prep experience preferred while general kitchen related skills are expected.

Must be a Team player in the Kitchen.

Bussers / food runners :

Positions available ( 2 )

Must be Neat in appearance and manners , clean cut , nice smile and nice attitude with a team player mentality.

Minimum of ( 2 ) years Required with proven track and references.

9.00 P/h plus servers and bartenders mandatory Tipping % on sales.

Dish Washers :

Open Positions ( 2 ) PT & FT

Experienced Dishwashers must be a Team player and be willing to help around the kitchen as needed if needed.

Sous Chef :

Sous Chef will be working under The head Chef supervision and will be trained to be the second in charge, Chef must have a Team player mentality , willing to learn every day and willingness to teach others. Must know Pastry , crudo technics , must be creative and passionate about the industry. Experience needed ( 5 ) years of proven record and references, experience in fine dinning , bar and raw bar.
