We are an organic microgreen farm that grows year-round and sells to supermarkets and restaurants. We are seeking to hire packers and cutters, as well as supervisors for both areas. For packing, the person must be able to:
*work in a cool room (of 45 degrees) for several hours at a time (with breaks, of course)
*work at a fast pace with good dexterity
*see detail close up (looking at plants for damaged leaves)
*be a good team player
*be reliable and able to get to work on time
*be able to work 5 days a week, including weekends.
For cutting, the person must be able to do all of the above, but does not need to work in a cool room and is not required to work 5 days a week.
We are not on any bus route so owning a car is a must.
