Job Duties:
Ensure all food is prepared properly and maintain adherence to menu and recipes.
Proven cooking experience
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in execution of dishes
Prep and restock items as needed prior to service
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
