We are seeking an experienced and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional service skills, and a deep understanding of food and wine
pairings. You will be responsible for providing an elevated dining experience to our guests by delivering
impeccable service, anticipating their needs, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a sophisticated, personalized dining experience.
Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations and answering questions about food, wine,
and cocktails.
Take accurate orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages in an elegant, efficient manner while adhering to fine dining etiquette.
Maintain knowledge of seasonal menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Suggest wine pairings and have a basic understanding of mixology.
Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and glassware.
Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience, adjusting service as necessary.
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Process payments and handle billing with discretion and accuracy.
Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
