Preparation and working of grill station
Breakfast consists of making eggs, omelets, French toast, etc. to order
Lunch consists of burgers, quesadillas, appetizers, etc. to order
Assists with all café service as needed
Helps with catering
May performing customer transactions and customer service, FOH stocking and cleaning
HACCP Training- Taking and logging temperatures of food, coolers, warmer box, and salad bar as needed; Labeling and dating all products in process
Prep and Cleaning lists are part of the job
It is a Monday through Friday position. It is a Full-Time position with full benefits, but it is a TEMPORARY Position expected to last about 12 weeks. We are seeking an energetic person who has great customer service skills as well as good English communication skills, and reliable transportation. The hours are approximately 6:30am to 3:00pm.
