Waterman Grille is looking for Support Staff (Host, Food Runner, Busser) to join our team. We offer consistent hours, flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates based on experience.This would be a part time position.

This position is responsible for greeting all guests in a positive and upbeat manner, handling phone calls, managing dining reservations and the seating of guests. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and driven to succeed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent multitasking and guest service skills.
To be considered - Candidate must be 18+ and have a flexible availability. Restaurant and OpenTable experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

As a food runner/busser, you play an essential role in ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience - preferably 1-2 years’ in a casual fine dining establishment however, we are willing to train the right candidate regardless of experience. Must be available to work weekday days and nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
