Server / Waitress:
We are seeking talented, experienced, service-minded individuals who are as committed as we are to providing absolute guest satisfaction in a fast-paced high-energy & fun environment!
Strong attention to detail, team player, strong work ethic, makes cleaning and sanitizing an absolute priority, excellent communication skills, consistently hospitable, excellent sense of urgency, capable of organizing multiple priorities, works well under pressure, knows how to upsell, and is constantly trying to improve oneself.
Experienced Line Cook:
Must have experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience cooking breakfast and lunch
Must have their own transportation
Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep costs within the forecasted range
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery
Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol
Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables,shelves and dishes
Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Dishwasher / Prep Cook:
We are looking for a passionate Prep Cook/Dishwasher to help support our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.
You play a key role in our restaurant operations by:
Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand
Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen workstations
Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick-up areas
Support team members and managers with daily cleaning and food prep tasks
Must be available to work between the hours and days of 6:30am-3pm Tuesday through Sunday. And Friday until 7pm.
