Private party looking for a couple of attendants for daytime hours, hour are flexible.
This is a part time position located in West Warwick RI. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and pass a national background check.
Duties
Assist client with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and support to client.
Help with meal preparation and cooking meals according to dietary needs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for client. by performing light housekeeping duties.
Follow all HIPAA guidelines to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
Engage client in social activities that promote mental well-being and social interaction.
Previous experience in a nursing home, group home, or long-term care setting is preferred.
Familiarity with working with people with physical disabilities is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
