Newport Restaurant Group is looking for a Benefits & Compensation Manager to join the team.

About the Position: In the Benefits & Compensation Manager role, you will be responsible for the oversight of all benefit and compensation plan administration.
About You: You are independent and able to prioritize tasks. You work well under pressure and have a high degree of attention to detail.
Essential Duties:
Research & recommend new benefit programs, plan designs and policies
Work with brokers to secure annual benefit plan renewals, including cost analysis and alternative plan design
Review and determine annual employee benefit eligibility, and ensure proper communication to employees, managers and Payroll
Prepare monthly analysis of HRA statistics, Worker’s Compensation, and other relevant KPIs
Prepare budget and reforecast data for all benefit programs
Oversee general benefit administration, Workers Compensation plan administration, retirement plan administration
Direct and oversee the work of the HR Benefit and Leave Specialist
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university or ten-fifteen years of experience in benefits and compensation management
Two to five years related experience and/or training
Proficiency in MS products (word, office, excel, powerpoint etc.)
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be highly analytical, with tremendous problem-solving abilities
Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation $80,000 - $95,000/Year
