Lawncare Maintenance Company is looking to add a Gardener/Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to our staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and equipment operation.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Collaborate with the maintenance team to make sure grounds and the buildings are kept neat and clean.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality appearance.
2 years’ groundskeeping experience.
Experience with shrub trimming, pruning roses, perennials, dead heading flowers and watering.
Following safety procedures when operating equipment. Maintaining records of work performed and materials used.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Pay range is $23.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.
We offer a 40-hour work week with paid holidays.
