Ida Lewis Yacht Club in Newport, RI is looking for a general utility employee to join our team for Decommissioning the club from 10/15 until Mid to late November ONLY. We are located on 170 Wellington Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.Responsibilities Provide general labor including moving boats, breaking down docks, ladders, moving furniture, removing signage, and assisting in light carpentry work. Assist in hauling of docks and moving heavy items into storage. Any other decommissioning related tasks as directed by management. Qualifications Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Must be energetic, self-motivated, able to take initiative. and willing to perform a wide variety of tasks for multiple different departments This is a short time contractual work situation from 10/15 until mid to late November ONLY. Fulltime 40hrs a week. Overtime pay available if needed. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
