BestPro Cleaning, LLC is looking for skilled Service Technicians (handyman) candidates to join our team! FOR OUR SHIFT (MONDAY through FRIDAY) in one of our Health Facilities. We clean and do maintenance to properties all around Central and Southcoast Mass. Our service technicians would be responding to work orders from property managers who are having maintenance issues within their units or on their property. WE WILL PROVIDE TOOLS.
The ideal applicant would meet the following criteria:
-Has own transportation
-1 year minimum or more experience as handyman.
-Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, General construction.
General light Construction and carpentry : woodwork, sanding, painting, fix Toilets, faucets, fix leaks, toilets backups, etc
Facility Repairs: doors, doorknobs, locks, broken tiles, staining, etc
Warehouse: helping , organize, moving furniture, etc.
Laundry, Snow plowing , Pick up trash, etc.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Good communication skills and customer service.
- Need to speak and write English.
- Able to lift 30-50 pounds.
- WE WILL DO A DRUG TEST AND A NATIONAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND.
