The Warehouse/Office Housekeeping/Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across both office
and warehouse environments as needed. This role involves routine cleaning tasks, stock management, and
ensuring that all areas, including restrooms, office spaces, and outdoor areas, are kept in optimal
condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Bathroom Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and countertops.
Refill toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other bathroom supplies as needed.
Empty and sanitize waste receptacles.
Mop floors and ensure they are free of water spots and debris.
Window Cleaning:
Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Remove streaks, smudges, and any accumulated dirt.
Office Cleaning:
Vacuum carpets and rugs in office areas.
Dust and wipe down desks, chairs, and other office furniture.
Empty trash cans and recycling bins.
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs and light switches.
Floor Maintenance:
Sweep and mop floors in common areas, hallways, and other spaces.
Address spills and stains promptly to ensure safety.
Maintain floor cleanliness and appearance.
General Outdoor Cleaning:
Sweep and tidy walkways, parking lots, and entrance areas.
Pick up litter and debris around the property.
Clean and maintain outdoor furniture and equipment.
Kitchen Maintenance:
Stock kitchen supplies, including coffee, tea, and other pantry items.
Clean and sanitize microwaves, refrigerators, and other kitchen appliances.
Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and organized.
Stock and Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory.
Report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
Properly store and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate protective gear when handling chemicals.
Adhere to OSHA regulations and company policies regarding cleanliness and safety.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor
