Job description
SK Maintenance is looking for a dedicated worker who is skilled in all categories of property maintenance.
Required skills lift 50 plus pounds, painting, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and with the ability to learn any new skills that may be required. Applicant must have a friendly personality, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge and the ability to juggle more than one task at a time. The applicant should be close to Northern RI / South Eastern MA area or be able to commute to this area. Willing to commute in a company vehicle between 1-2 hours daily. Please email resumes.
