Local Repossession company seeking a Recovery Agent for its MA Operations specifically for the south shore and metro west.
Industry Requirements for Recovery Agents
- 2 Yearsâ experience preferred. Clean Driving Record (mandated by insurance carrier)
- Current Medical Card, active Driverâs license and the ability to pass initial drug test.
- Ability to pass a background check which includes NO felonies.
- Basic computer skills and mechanical skills preferred.
- Ability to prioritize duties, multi-tasking with good judgment and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Able to lift or move 75lbs.
- Ability to rotate your schedule and work minimal weekend hours as required.
Experience Recovery Agent preferred â but will train if the candidate has wrecker experience.
- Agents with repossession experience, 2 weeks training period, required per insurance carrier and training pay is $750.00 per week.
- Completion of training & all compliance requirements mandatory: guaranteed $1000.00 per week first 2-3 months with the potential only to increase income.
- Potential of income $65K - $80K +/- is based on individualâs ability to perform, schedule and commitment along their discipline to work.
- Recovery agent will be assigned a territory and operate their own company issued wrecker along with a gas & company credit card.
Compensation is commissioned based, once training is completed and your able to properly schedule your assignments, youâll enjoy the challenge of earning $65K - $80K per year. Limited contingency accounts and youâll be compensated to walk away from a potential âBreach of the Peaceâ. Vacation time, sick time and other benefits available for discussion.
