Qualifications
You are a self-motivated and have strong people skills.
You are not afraid to get dirty and love to work outdoors.
You are a good listener, observer and willing to think outside the box.
You need to be able to give and receive constructive feedback.
Must have great leadership skills and communicate with customers, employees and supervisors.
Must be physically able to perform this job and work under different weather conditions.
Must have a valid driver’s license. (CDL is not required, but it is a plus). Need to drive standard transmission trucks with a trailer.
You need to pass a pre-employment skills test.
Responsibilities
Lead assigned crew to perform daily production requirements.
Oversee safety procedures and personnel procedures.
Guide and provide positive enforcement of internal procedures.
Responsible for trucks, equipment and tools. Communicate to mechanic repairs need.
Handle customer’s complains on a professional manner.
Provide daily reports to manager on crew activity, safety issues and equipment problems.
Follow the company’s mission and vision.
What you’ll need.
A minimum of two year’s experience as a crew leader.
Must demonstrate all qualifications of a crew leader.
Must be physically able to perform the job.
