We are looking for dedicated and hardworking vineyard helper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
⁃ Assist with planting, pruning, and training grapevines.
⁃ Perform vineyard maintenance tasks, including weeding, thinning, and harvesting grapes.
⁃ Operate vineyard equipment such as tractors, mowers, and sprayers, if trained and certified.
⁃ Monitor grapevines for signs of pests and diseases and report findings to the vineyard manager.
⁃ Assist with irrigation management and maintenance of irrigation systems.
⁃ Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
⁃ Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
⁃ Previous experience in agriculture or vineyard work is preferred but not required.
⁃ Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
⁃ Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
⁃ Reliable transportation to and from the vineyard.
⁃ Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Estamos buscando un ayudante de viñedo dedicado y trabajador para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades:
⁃ Ayudar con la plantación, poda y formación de las vides.
⁃ Realizar tareas de mantenimiento del viñedo, incluyendo deshierbe, poda y cosecha.
⁃ Operar equipos del viñedo, como tractores, cortadoras y pulverizadores, si está capacitado
⁃ Vigilar las vides para detectar signos de plagas y enfermedades y reportar los hallazgos al gerente del viñedo.
⁃ Ayudar con la gestión del riego y el mantenimiento de los sistemas de riego.
⁃ Mantener la limpieza y organización de herramientas, equipos y áreas de trabajo.
⁃ Seguir siempre los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad.
Requisitos:
⁃ Se prefiere experiencia previa en agricultura o trabajo en viñedos, pero no es obligatoria.
⁃ Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico, incluyendo levantar hasta 50 libras, agacharse y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados.
⁃ Disposición para trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas.
⁃ Transporte confiable para ir y venir del viñedo.
⁃ Excelente ética laboral y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o como parte de un equipo.
