We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our So Clean Cleaning Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring that each home is a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients.
Services We Provide – Deep Cleaning, Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning, Recurring House Cleaning, Post Construction Cleaning, Office Cleaning (During the day).
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet client expectations and timelines.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care as needed to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe environment for both clients and yourself.
Responsible for refilling chemical spray bottles and organizing/preparing daily supply bags for work.
Send notifications to clients when on the way to their property and utilize GPS for accurate navigation to each cleaning site. (All done through an App.)
Requirements
Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently without supervision.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving furniture (light) and equipment.
A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and techniques as necessary.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Company vehicle provided; however, in the event the vehicle needs maintenance, you will be required to use your personal vehicle.
Vehicle reimbursement provided when using your personal vehicle for work-related travel.
Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay after 90 days of employment.
Paid Time Off (PTO) available after one year of employment.
PAY
Paid training at $16.50 per hour.
After training, the pay increases to $17.50 per hour.
Pay includes travel time between cleaning locations.
If using your personal vehicle for work-related travel, vehicle reimbursement is provided.

Work 25-35 Hours Per Week
Start time is 8:00am (7:30am one day a week). End time varies — typically between 2:00pm and 6:00pm.
