As one of the nation?s largest legal staffing providers, Hire Counsel has an opportunity for an experienced contracts attorney to work with a Rhode Island based food and beverage company for 2+ months. This role will involve drafting and negotiating vendor and supplier contracts on-site, in Providence, RI. Responsibilities Include: Review, draft and negotiate vendor and supplier contracts for a busy in-house legal department Work with internal teams to obtain approvals and execute agreements in an efficient and timely manner Qualifications: 5+ years experience drafting and negotiating vendor and supplier agreementsAbility to negotiate a variety of agreements including: vendor contracts, service agreements, technology licenses and consulting agreementsExperience working in a busy supply chain team is helpfulExcellent communications skills and ability to work both independently and with small team Project Details: Anticipated start date: January 2020Estimated duration: 2+ monthsHours: Full-time hoursLocation: Providence, RIPay rate: $50+ hour Why join Hire Counsel?
