ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tends to thermoforming and other production equipment.
Drives forklift when necessary.
Sets up equipment for production run requirements; maintains setup log sheets.
Observes machine operations to detect malfunctions or any issues with the equipment.
Performs routine preventive maintenance on a regular basis to ensure proper operation of all production equipment.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be familiar with the thermoforming process and equipment. Must be familiar with hand tools utilization.
Expect to be trained and follow ISO 9001-2008 standards.
Maintains clean and organized work area.
Reads machine panel.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Warehouse. Temperature is subjective to production but is usually 50 degrees or warmer.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employer is willing to train the right induvial for the position.
SCHEDULE/HOURS
Monday through Friday
Hiring for:
(First) 6:30 am to 3pm
(Second) 2:30pm to 11pm
(Third) 11pm to 6:30 am
MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
FRIDAY 11PM TO 9:30AM
SALARY:
Depending on experience / Negotiable
TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION TAKES PLACES ON FIRST SHIFT FOR 1 WEEK.
