Randstad is looking for an experienced Conveyor Mechanic to join our team of service professionals. The ideal candidate will possess the experience and skill set needed to align, install, maintain, and regulate components such as motors, reducers, belting and lacing of conveyors. If you thrive on applying your skills, knowledge and problem solving abilities in a field setting and taking a project from blueprint to as-built, learning new skills, work well with others, can think on your feet and perform under deadlines, then this position could be ideal for you!Responsibilities:Will be:- Ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance - Following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering. - Install, remove, rebuild, maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical- - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:- Must be hardworking, motivated and punctual.- Ability to read drawings and build conveyor systems based on drawings.- Ability to lift over 60 Lbs. - Must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environmentEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); - Two+ years Experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of conveyor systems. - Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.- Ability to use power tools, some Mig/stick welding a plus, but not required - Can do attitude, looking for a career opportunityApply online today at www.
