Key Responsibilities:
Operate press machines according to specifications
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and positioning
Monitor production for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Record production data and complete necessary documentation
Work closely with team leads and maintenance staff to resolve issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
