A small Family owned business seeks a full-time secretary for office to answer phones, daily billing, data entry, generate proposals and work orders, etc. Must be articulate, professional and should have strong communication skills, verbal and written. Candidate should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be able to multi-task. Knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft office, etc. is a plus. If you don't have all the qualifications, some training is available for the right person.
