Responsibilities:
Communication skills a must
Answer and direct phone calls to Account Managers
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments properly for Account Managers
Maintain contact lists and initiate outbound calls for potential new clients and existing clients
Produce and distribute correspondence contracts and applications
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Provide information by answering questions and requests by Dealer
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
publications & establishing personal networks.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
