Job Description:
Busy (stress-free) auto body shop is looking for a full-time Office Administrator. This position handles the day-to-day operations of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up, maintain & close out customer files
Enter estimates in estimating software and update when necessary
Calculate, monitor and follow up on insurance payments due to shop
Maintain & update Google Office Calendar with vehicle drop-offs, appraiser visits, etc.
Place orders for parts; follow-up on ETA of orders
Take photos of damaged vehicles and upload to CCC estimating software system
Coordinate rental cars for customers and update rental car data base
Daily contact with insurance companies, appraisers, customers and parts vendors
Required Qualifications:
MUST have at least 2 years of clerical/office work experience
Must be dependable, self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced office
Must have excellent customer service and computer skills
PREFERRED- automotive industry knowledge and experience
PREFERRED- auto insurance knowledge and experience
Benefits & Salary:
Compensation based on work experience and knowledge
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
