East Coast Embroidery is a leading provider of custom embroidery, screen printing, laser printing, and ink transfer services, specializing in creating high-quality customized apparel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee screen print, laser print, and transfer t-shirt inventory and order QC for all orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to lead inquiries via email, phone calls, and social media channels.
- Assist with running production on the laser machine
- Conduct cold calls to prospect potential clients and expand our embroidery and screen print customer base.
- Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude to effectively represent the company's brand.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
