Expanding Contracting firm is seeking an intelligent, energetic, and self-motivated person to join our company. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company production. Must have the willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Draft correspondence and other formal documents
-Plan and schedule appointments and events
-Assist with Job Schedule Calendar as needed
-Data Entry
-Greet and Assist onsite guests.
-Customer Support
-Answer inbound telephone calls.
-Manage Outlook / Microsoft calendars.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Office Administration / Data Entry
-Highly proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs
-Working knowledge of machines and office equipment
-Proficient written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to prioritize and multitask.
-Efficient time management skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement, English/Spanish.
Experience:
-Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
