Seeking Office Manager for Manufacturing Company

```Duties```

- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails

- Provide general office support including filing, organizing documents, and ordering supplies

- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff

- Utilize computer skills to complete tasks such as data entry and creating reports

- We can train on our ERP system which runs our shop, it is easy to use

```Requirements```

-Speak Spanish (not necessary to have the ability to read/write proficiently)

- Previous experience in an office setting preferred

- Knowledge of manufacturing (specifically jewelry/insignia)

- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Willing to consider part time or full time candidates. Our hours are 6AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday. Ideally, a part time candidate would cover something like 7AM-12PM. Consistency is more important than the exact hours for a part time employee. Further explanation can be provided if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
