Job Description:
Advanced Remarketing Services is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Title Clerk to work with the nation's top charity organizations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for identifying trends, and providing insights to drive decision-making within the organization.
Essential Functions:
Open mail and sort documents.
Redeem valid titles accurately.
Rectify incomplete titles and initiate necessary remedies.
Process title work and manage remedies efficiently.
Apply for salvage titles adhering to State regulations.
Manage finance-related vehicle titles.
Ensure accurate execution and mailing of titles to point of sale (POS).
Coordinate with auction facilities for vehicle disposition.
Resolve all title-related issues promptly.

Experience and Background:
2 years of strong customer service experience.
