Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of all flooring types.
- Ensure that all areas are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Provide custodial services in facilities such as apartments and common areas, ensuring tenant satisfaction through cleanliness.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Skills:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care or attention.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
