Founded in 1934, Burns Power Tools is a privately owned company of 20 employees that has become a major industrial supplier specializing in power tools, heavy duty machinery, full service sharpening, repair services, and related accessories and supplies. We are seeking candidates who possess the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, dealing face-to-face with customers, as well as handling incoming phone calls. Previous tool experience preferred. Computer experience necessary.
As a Burns inside sales rep, you will be responsible for:
- Selling and customer service, providing price and product application information.
- Taking telephone orders; providing delivery information.
- Responding to customer emails.
- Handling special orders, will-calls, non-stock items, and returned merchandise.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in store, arranging displays, and merchandising.
- Additional duties related to the position that may arise.
