We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an eBay Listing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and accurate product listings on the eBay platform. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of eBay's marketplace dynamics. Our normal hours of operation are 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Product Research: Conduct thorough research on products to gather relevant information such as specifications, features, and market trends.
Create Compelling Listings: Craft engaging and accurate product listings on eBay, ensuring that titles, descriptions, and images are optimized for maximum visibility and customer appeal.
Price Optimization: Analyze market prices and trends to strategically set competitive and appealing prices for listed items.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records on eBay, ensuring that stock levels are correctly reflected in listings.
Monitor Competitor Activity: Keep a close eye on competitors' listings and pricing strategies to make informed adjustments and stay competitive.
Quality Assurance: Regularly review and update existing listings to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with eBay policies.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of changes in eBay's policies, features, and algorithms to adapt listing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in listing items on eBay or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of eBay's marketplace dynamics, policies, and best practices.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze pricing trends.
Proficient in using eBay seller tools and platforms.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce or online Retail is REQUIRED.
Familiarity with product photography and basic photo editing skills.
Understanding of shipping and fulfillment processes on eBay.
