Qualifications
Must have a car and means to drive

1-3 years of previous Sales experience in a related field
High School diploma or equivalent
Commitment to Customer Service

Responsibilities
To sell all products and services provided by Mastro Building & Remodeling
To represent the company in a professional manner and preserve the customer service philosophy of Mastro Building & Remodeling
Understand the installation process as it pertains to the Sales role
Understand and apply the Mastro Sales Process (PitchBook, Sales Video, Sales Handbook, etc.)
Learn all details of the Mastro Insulation PitchBook
Allow for frequent Evenings and Saturday appointments
Meet homeowners for write-ups to meet the homeowners schedule
Write-up contract per Mastro Building & Remodeling's specifications
Take pictures of the work to be performed per Mastro Building & Remodeling's specifications
Pictures to be displayed with a contract for installers
Responsible for the collection of the financial down payment prior to work and the balance of payment at the completion of the job
Contact all previous customers as a referral source
Call in all scheduled dates when the job is sold
Visit homeowner and crew on the install date
All Mastro Building & Remodeling's Sales Representatives will report directly to the Sales Manager
