Looking for an ultra-motivated individual to join our sales team as an entry level Sales Manager dedicated and focused on monthly/annual revenue and building relationships.
This position requires the following set of skills:
-Some knowledge of remodeling

-Be goal and results driven
-Can work with minimal supervision
-Shows excellent public speaking and presentation skills
-Displays Excellent time management
-Can drive sales through the growth of existing clients
-Generate new business opportunities
-Can implement a lead strategy
-Develop new relationships with residential and commercial construction communities
-Perform all aspects of selling then closing a project
-Complete documents on time such as customer proposals
-Can generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
Salary: Tiered commission base at 5% onboarding
- Ex. Sell an $80k Kitchen Remodel, you make $4k on total
If you are able to exceed your goal of $100k in one month or just two big projects, you will be at the next tier of 7% on your sales.
- Ex. Sell $200k in Remodels in one month, you make $14k on total
The percentage increases as you hit your goals for the monthly, quarterly and annually.
