The Service Manager position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive service operations.
Responsibilities Include:
-Overseeing the daily operations of the service department
-Leading/Training the technicians to prepare and succeed for the day
- Generate estimates, MUST know how to build an auto repair estimate on a provided software such as ALLDATA Manage, being able to multitask and build multiple estimates every day in a timely manner.
- Experience in ordering parts, putting quotes and estimates together.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
