Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our team, we're looking for various positions primarily including someone to provide waxing services. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about waxing, skincare, beauty treatments, and wellness while providing exceptional customer service. We also offer Lash Lift & Tint if interested in we can provide training. We're a local family day spa with a focus on healing and well-being. There's opportunity to grow, learn, and provide different services in the future.
Duties
- Offer hair removal services including waxing
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as waxing, lash and brow tints, body treatments, and facials. Space to offer Lash Lifts if certified or we may provide training if interested.
- Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Join in helping provide services and specials for our annual events and parties
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and skincare products
- Engage in retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools
Experience
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or med spa environment is preferred
- Proficiency in waxing, willingness to improve
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
