International Motor Group is seeking a motivated person to handle Customer Service.
The Customer Service Representative (C.S.R.) will be responsible to:
Answer Phones.
Maintain Scheduling System.
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers as needed.
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
Contact customer when the vehicle is completed and accept payments.
Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
Understand that the business is built on quality work and customer satisfaction.
