Staffing firm working with a maintenance company who is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for a property in Smithfield RI.
This position would be a contract to hire role.
All who are interested must:
- be able to pass a background check
- be able to work M-F between the hours of 7am-4pm
- be able to work on call (rotating scheduale)
- be able to complete misc. carpentry tasks
- be able to complete misc. plumbing tasks
- be able to complete misc. electrical tasks
- be able to complete misc. HVAC tasks
- be able to complete misc. janitorial tasks
