PKL is seeking a carpenter with ten or more years experience to join our team.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites
Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of project
Measure, cut, install wood framing drywall, cabinets, flooring, trim, formwork, and other materials
Lifting and moving objects and construction materials intermittently or on a continuous basis. Demolition as required.
Use of lasers, measuring devices.
Experience in using power tools, saws, pump jack staging
General apartment building maintenance
Must have a valid license and reliable transportation.
Must be willing to travel within an 1hr 15 min of New London or Providence.
Preferred Bilingual: English and Spanish
Typical Hours:
7:00am-3:30am (overtime regularly offered)
