We’re a growing residential remodeling company looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Carpenter/Remodeler (Entry-Level) to join our crew. If you’ve got some experience with tools, a head for problem-solving, and the drive to learn and lead, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing day-to-day job site activities
Demo, frame, install trim, cabinetry, doors, drywall, flooring—you name it
Read blueprints and take accurate measurements
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Collaborate with subs, clients, and team members
Learn and grow into a leadership role (we’ll help you get there!)
What We’re Looking For:
4-8 years of hands-on carpentry/remodeling experience
Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction practices
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and lead
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience managing a small team or job site
Own tools (we can help you build your kit over time)
