National Fence & Supply Co, a leader in fence installation and supply, is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Crew Leader. We are looking for someone who shares these values and is ready to lead a team in installing various types of fences including wood, aluminum, chain link, and PVC.
Position: Crew Leader
Location: North Attleboro, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of fence installers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Oversee the installation of wood, aluminum, chain link, and PVC fences.
- Coordinate with customers and team members to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring all materials and tools are available for each project.
- Train new team members and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fence installation or a similar construction field.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of various fencing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
Pay is based on prior experience
